COVID 19 STATUS UPDATE 4 – CONTINUITY OF SERVICE & SUPPLY

The intention of this update is to serve as confirmation that Alchemy Metals play a key role in delivering and maintaining their services to a range of critical organisations that are classed as Category 2 responders under the Civil Contingencies Act.  These infrastructure companies include the electricity and water networks as well as the rail networks and other key areas.

This status places obligations on the provision of service and Alchemy Metals are an important part of the end to end supply chain that enables these key customers to deliver on their obligations to customers and maintain the continuity of their essential services.

As well as the above we are committed to continue servicing all of our manufacturers that remain open at this difficult time but particularly those that are providing essential services to the medical sector.

This is a difficult market to operate in for the majority of sectors right now, it is certainly not a profitable one – if your organisation is not an existing customer but needs an interim service to keep business running smoothly please do contact us and if we can help then we will, alternatively if we can not help we may be able to draw upon our contacts that remain open and find a solution for you.

Being a very small part of these essential services is important to us, we are in awe of those companies that have really stepped up at this time and we would like to thank you – we are eternally grateful.
